So last year the girls had a little bird saving experience which involved my friend Carrie and I actually climbing a tree to rescue baby birds. Well when the kiddos found this bird they thought it too could be saved. Ummm...no.....sorry....this birdie is flying in heaven. However it was quite the entertainment for the kiddos to carry it all over the yard and scream occasionally when another child would threaten to touch them with it. Just another day in Hoeferidian.
