Alex's First Football Game

So Alex got to go to his first football game with Daddy. It was so fun to see how excited he was. All week he asked if this was the day he'd go to Football Game. The way he says football is so cute but I can't describe it. Anyway the day of the game he was ready to go.

OSU was playing BSU and we'd gone downtown earlier that day for a bike ride on the Greenbelt and there were BSU fans everywhere but not too many OSU. In fact that night as the boys left for their boy fun; the girls and I met Melinda and had a girl's night (with baby Lucas of course). On our way downtown Hailey declared she didn't want anyone to know we were OSU fans and if anyone asked she'd say no!! She said it was so embarrassing that Avery was wearing her OSU cheer outfit. She's growing up!

Anyway the Beavs didn't quite pull through and win but the boys still had a great time. Thanks to Joel for getting them the tickets....they were very hard to find!!! So they had fun with Joel and Scott said the BSU fans were so nice...high-fiving Alex and calling him Little Jaquizz. So glad they got to do this together. It was really special to think about a year ago we were longing to have our boy and now we are doing fun things like taking him to football games! God is good!!!
