Making Gak

So something I kept meaning to do that the girls have done at school before is to make Gak. It's really easy and the recipe is easily found online by googling it. So we made some today. The kiddos loved it!!

One thing that cracks me up is Alex's face whenever we are doing things like this. He always has this mixed look of curiosity and concern like, "What in the world is this? What are we going to do with it?" But when we do end up finishing he is as thrilled as everyone else!! This was way better than playing with play-dough by the way....way less messy and they seemed to enjoy it more. Maybe because they've played with play-dough their whole life and this is a new thing. You can save it in a baggie when you are done so that's what we did. Fun times!
