So a couple weeks ago my baby brother Andrew came to visit. Seriously...he is 20 years younger than me....I used to refer to him as "Baby A". He now gets called "Uncle A". Anyway here are the highlights:
-Took him to the Mall where he experienced how slowly 4 children can walk through a mall!
-Went to Starbucks. All the kids got cocoa. Avery dropped hers and it spilled everywhere including inside my shoe. I went and got her another one. She took a couple sips and dropped it again. Andrew suggested we leave. We did!
-Made suckers in shapes like I used to always do with him!! Sniff-Sniff Where does the time go?
-Since he loves Cherry Italian Sodas we made some everyday!
-Played lots of basketball
-He played endless rounds of hide & seek with the kiddos
-Built a fire every night and roasted marshmallows
-Went to the Boise Zoo! Got to feed the giraffes!
-Went to a Boise Hawks game. He bet we'd only make it through a couple innings...he was right.
-Played miniature golf. He was amazed at my skill and a little jealous. Both 3 year olds took turns falling and getting hurt as well as throwing themselves on the ground sobbing for various reasons.
-Made cheese fondue and even had french fries to dip in it...his suggestion...
All in all it was a great time!! Alex seemed to love the extra male around. We are so glad he came!! We ♥ Uncle A!!!
