The girls have been begging to sleep outside so this weekend we thought- why not? Honestly we do most things our girls want to do but sometimes put it off for awhile. We aren't into putting things off anymore (except the Disneyland trip- that's going to be awhile!). We don't want to have any regrets. Not that we are anticipating the worst but they just grow so fast. Anyway....Karis made it about 10 minutes until she declared she was scared to "deaf" of all the bats. Were there any bats? NO. Has she ever seen a bat? NO Have we ever seen a bat around here? NO but anyway it was a GREAT way for me to get to sleep inside. We laid and watched the stars together and then she came in and slept with me in our bed which was a special treat in itself and Hailey and Daddy slept outside.

That was so funny! I was cracking up at all the bat stuff! I was just thinking the other day that we should camp in the backyard. Maybe we'll do it before summer ends. ;) Karis is so cute, run for your death! HAHAHA

we did the sleeping outside thing too this weekend (in a tent though)! the kids love it. :)
